Our Story

Flowers have always had a special place in my heart, but my path to this world was unusual. For 10 years, I worked as a pastry chef, in a world of creativity, precision and aesthetics. In 2020, when the pandemic shook the world and businesses, I had to find a new direction.

I remembered my earlier love of flowers. After the army, I took a flower arranging course, but it was not until a trip to New York in 2019 that I discovered dried and preserved flowers. I was immediately drawn to the idea of flowers and plants retaining their natural beauty over time without maintenance. It felt like a wonder of nature, something natural that could last for months or even years.

When the pandemic arrived and I had to step away from pastry, I found myself increasingly drawn to flowers. It was a natural transition: drying and arranging flowers involve precision, colour, texture and artistry, just like desserts. Both need a precise recipe to achieve the same result consistently.

In 2021, I decided to establish Forever Flowers by Schaham Home, a studio combining art and lasting beauty.

Each bouquet I create begins with carefully sourced fresh flowers from local growers in Israel. We dry and preserve each flower and plant using environmentally friendly methods suited to the flower, retaining its natural shape, colour and texture. I am proud to create a distinctive, beautiful product made in Israel.

After preservation comes bouquet design, creating refined floral solutions for private customers, businesses and hotels.
