In Jerusalem, delivery availability depends on the exact address. Some areas are not currently served. If your delivery is to Jerusalem, contact us with the full address before ordering so we can confirm that it is within our service area.

We do not currently deliver to communities beyond the Green Line or to exceptional delivery areas, including the West Bank (Judea and Samaria), the Jordan Valley, East Jerusalem and other remote areas.

If the address is outside our service area, contact us before ordering and we will check whether an alternative is possible.

Yes, you can enter your preferred date when ordering. If it is earlier than the usual delivery window, or the exact date is essential, please contact us and obtain confirmation before placing your order.

Without prior confirmation, the usual delivery times apply.

You can request a return or exchange within 24 hours of receiving your order.

If the request is approved, return delivery is free. Any approved refund will be made to the original payment method.

You can cancel an order up to two days before the selected delivery date.

After that point, or once production and design have begun, the order cannot be cancelled.

Yes. We select real dried flowers for their colour, texture and shape, and design them into arrangements for the home, office and gifts.

Every arrangement is designed by hand in our studio. We build it as a stable composition suited to the home and interior design, rather than tying it as a traditional bouquet.

In suitable indoor conditions, an arrangement can stay beautiful for many months, and sometimes longer.

No water or regular maintenance is needed. A 4-month care guarantee also applies, subject to the website's policy.

We use a variety of real dried flowers, depending on seasonal availability, the desired colours and the character of each arrangement.

For a bespoke arrangement, a preview can be provided for approval before delivery, according to the order process.

Display the arrangement indoors in a dry, shaded place. Keep it away from direct sunlight, high humidity, steam and heat sources.

No watering, pruning or regular care is needed. Place it somewhere suitable and enjoy it.

Outdoor display is not recommended. The arrangements are intended for indoor spaces only. Sun, wind and humidity can shorten their life.

Choose the vase opening size, colour palette and intended location, such as an entrance, dining table or office.

You can attach a photo of the space and notes about your preferred style. We then create the arrangement to your request and send a preview for approval within the order's timeframe.

Yes. We offer tailored floral solutions for businesses, offices, hotels and events. Send us details of the space and what you need, and we will suggest a suitable direction.

Rental is not a regular service on the website. For a special event or project, contact us and we will check whether a suitable solution is available.

Yes, the arrangement will look like the photos. Slight differences in colour may occur naturally when working with real flowers.
