What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers exceptional cases where an arrangement is damaged or changes in a way inconsistent with reasonable home use and proper care.
We will review your request and offer the most suitable solution based on the condition of the arrangement.

What is excluded from the warranty?
The warranty does not cover damage caused by water, direct sunlight, falls, crushing, incorrect handling, outdoor exposure, high humidity or frequent movement of the arrangement.
