Each arrangement is made and packed by hand after ordering, then carefully delivered to your door within our service areas.

Delivery within 7 calendar days. The delivery period starts on the day after the order is placed and includes Fridays, Saturdays and Israeli holidays.

Bespoke Design

Custom arrangements are dispatched within 14 business days, depending on the complexity of the request, material availability and coordination with the customer.

Delivery cost

Delivery costs ₪19.90 per order. Free delivery on orders over ₪500, subject to the terms shown at checkout.

These gift sets were created for Hanukkah and will be available for delivery from mid-November.

Service areas

From Netanya to Ashkelon, including selected areas of Jerusalem | Within 7 calendar days

In Jerusalem, delivery availability depends on the exact address. Some areas are not currently served. If your delivery is to Jerusalem, contact us with the full address before ordering so we can confirm that it is within our service area.

At present, we do not deliver to communities or exceptional delivery zones.

If your address is outside the service area, contact us before ordering and we will check whether an alternative solution is possible.

Choosing a delivery date

If a specific date is important, or you need delivery earlier than the stated business-day timeframe, contact us and obtain approval before ordering.

Without prior approval, delivery will follow the timeframes stated in this policy.

Full delivery terms

Customer responsibility when choosing delivery

The customer is responsible for choosing the appropriate delivery option and address when ordering. If an incorrect choice is made, we will contact you to correct it before processing begins. If an additional payment is required and the customer does not approve it, the order may be cancelled.

Delivery delays

If delivery is delayed, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and offer a suitable solution. Any compensation is at Forever Flowers' sole discretion and is not provided automatically.
