Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Even if the appearance simply does not suit you, we will review the case and offer a clear solution.

If the return is approved, the customer pays no return shipping charge.

Unhappy with the appearance
A return or exchange may also be requested if the customer is unhappy with the arrangement's appearance, provided they contact us within 24 hours of receipt.
As these are real dried flowers arranged by hand, natural variations in colour, structure and texture may occur.
Full returns and cancellation terms
Order cancellation
An order may be cancelled up to two days before the selected delivery date. After that point, or once production and design have begun, the order cannot be cancelled.
Nonreturnable products
After 24 hours from receipt, if customer service has not been contacted, arrangements, sets and custom designs cannot be returned.
Refund processing time
Refund processing time depends on the card issuer or payment processor and is outside Forever Flowers' control.
Care warranty
This policy is separate from the4-month care warranty, which covers exceptional cases after receipt of the arrangement under reasonable home use.
