At Forever Flowers, every arrangement is designed by hand using real flowers that undergo drying and preservation after the order is received.
Once preservation is complete, the arrangement is designed according to the order.
Because the work is handmade and uses natural materials, slight differences in colour, texture or structure may occur. These differences are natural and part of each arrangement's individual character.
Product types
The website offers only the following product types:

• Custom arrangement
• Delivery package
A delivery package is a one-time purchase of 3 or 4 flower deliveries. It is not a renewing subscription or monthly charge.
Vases and accessories are not sold separately.
Candles are sold only as part of an arrangement.

These gift sets were created for Hanukkah and will be available for delivery from mid-November.

Counting the days
The standard delivery period begins on the day after the order is placed and includes Fridays, Saturdays and Israeli holidays.
Calendar days and the preservation process
Our preparation and delivery time is up to 7 calendar days, including Fridays, Saturdays and holidays.
Please note: some arrangements include flowers that undergo a special preservation process lasting about a week. Orders received on Friday or Saturday therefore enter the preservation process on Sunday.
Delivery is not available on Fridays or Saturdays. Contact us before ordering if you need a specific delivery date.
If you need a specific date, contact us before ordering. We will try to help while preserving the quality of the arrangement.
Choosing a delivery date
If you want a delivery date earlier than the stated delivery timeframe and arrival on a specific date is important, contact us and obtain approval before placing your order.

Without prior approval, Forever Flowers is not responsible for meeting the requested date, and delivery will follow the timeframes stated in this policy.

From Netanya to Ashkelon, including selected areas of Jerusalem | Within 7 calendar days
In Jerusalem, delivery availability depends on the exact address. Some areas are not currently served. If your delivery is to Jerusalem, contact us with the full address before ordering so we can confirm that it is within our service area.
At present, we do not deliver to communities or exceptional delivery zones.
If the address is outside our service area, contact us before ordering and we will check whether an alternative is possible.

Every delivery in the package includes delivery and a greeting card at no extra cost. Deliveries may go to the same address or different addresses, provided all addresses are within Forever Flowers' service areas.
After ordering, dates, addresses and greetings may be completed or updated with Forever Flowers on WhatsApp, subject to availability, operating days, holidays and service areas.

The customer is responsible for choosing the appropriate delivery option and address when ordering.
If an incorrect choice is made, we will contact you to correct it before we begin processing the order.

Delivery delays
If delivery is delayed, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and provide a suitable solution.
Any compensation is at Forever Flowers' sole discretion and is not provided automatically.
Returns and refunds
Request timeframe
A return or exchange may be requested only within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Returns in cases of dissatisfaction
A return or exchange may also be requested if the customer is unhappy with the arrangement's appearance, provided they contact us within the specified 24-hour period after receipt.

Approved returns have no return shipping charge.
Refund method
An approved refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
Refund processing time depends on the card issuer or payment processor and is outside Forever Flowers' control.
Order cancellation
You can cancel an order up to two days before the selected delivery date.
After this point, or once production and design have begun, the order cannot be cancelled.
For a delivery package, cancellation or changes may be requested before processing begins for the first delivery. After one or more deliveries have been used, any cancellation or change request will be assessed according to the order status, deliveries already completed and actual costs incurred.

Nonreturnable products
After 24 hours from receipt, if customer service has not been contacted, arrangements, sets and custom designs cannot be returned.
4-Month Care Guarantee
Forever Flowers provides a 4-month care warranty from receipt of the order, so you can shop with peace of mind.
The warranty covers exceptional problems that arise after receipt, under reasonable home use and in accordance with the care instructions.
For a warranty request, we will review the case and offer a suitable solution based on the arrangement's condition. This may include home care guidance, replacement stems, a repair or another suitable solution.
How to use the warranty
Contact us on WhatsApp or by email with your order number, a short description of the problem and a photo or video of the arrangement.
We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
What the warranty excludes
The warranty does not cover damage caused by water, direct sunlight, falls, crushing, incorrect handling, outdoor exposure, high humidity or frequent movement of the arrangement.
The warranty supplements the website's returns and refunds policy, offering support in exceptional cases after the standard return period.

Privacy
The company collects personal information solely to complete the transaction and provide service.
Information will not be shared with third parties unless required to fulfil the order, expressly consented to or legally required.
Terms of use and jurisdiction
The website is intended only for people aged 18 and over.
All website content is protected by copyright.
The laws of the State of Israel apply, and the courts in Tel Aviv have exclusive jurisdiction.

The following promotion has ended. Its terms are retained for reference for orders placed during the promotion period.
Family Day 2026 Promotion Terms
During the Family Day promotion, customers are entitled to up to 25% off selected products on the website.
Promotion period: Until midnight on 22.2.2026 (the end of 21.2.2026), or while stocks last, whichever comes first.
Discount amount: The exact discount is listed on each eligible product's page. The discount applies to the product price only and excludes delivery charges.
Availability: The offer applies while the product is in stock. If stock runs out before the promotion ends, the offer ends immediately for that product.
General terms: The benefit is personal and cannot be converted, offset, refunded or exchanged. It cannot be combined with other promotions or discount codes unless expressly stated otherwise.
FOREVER FLOWERS reserves the right to end, change or update the promotion terms at any time without prior notice.
By placing an order on the website during the promotion period, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to the promotion terms and are bound by them.
