• Returns are accepted only in cases of damage during shipping or fulfillment errors.
  
• We do not accept returns for change of mind, natural variations, or wear over time.

Each Seasonal bouquet is composed from botanicals that are preserved specifically for your order. Once received, we begin the drying or preservation process — carefully treating each stem to lock in color, form, and texture in accordance with our seasonal design language.

2. Time to Craft

Because preservation is done fresh for each order, it can take up to 10 business days to complete your bouquet. This process ensures every stem is at peak condition and consistent with the seasonal palette. No shortcuts, no premade stock — only true, made-to-order craftsmanship.

Once composed and styled, your bouquet is delivered by hand — never boxed — via a personal courier. Protected throughout its journey and ready to be placed the moment it arrives.
